1) Wash your hands before applying aftercare

2) Keep any dressing on for at least 2 hours

​

3)Apply salt water 2-4 times daily  (use water from a kettle that has been allowed to cool, add a teaspoon of salt per mug of water)

​

4) Do not touch , turn or play with the jewellery in the piercing

​

5)Wear clean, loose clothes and let the air circulate around the piercing whenever possible

​

6) Do not use any antiseptics or creams
